In Utah there is a camp I help out at that we haul trailers up the road that climbs out at 900 feet in 1.5 miles on a winding dirt road and make it worse when it rains.

Hard to decide.
I almost would say stay with the 32s because your trip you are going to hit some fairly steep climbs. The 33s may help your gas mileage but without torque you slow to a crawl on those climbs.
