Order your springs from gmparts direct. No one here would have a set to sell, because most ditch their stock softer springs for the stiffer 88's.

As for body lift parts. Contact MarkMC the "liftmiester".

:Iagree: There are only a handful of us that upgraded to stiffer springs and that was recently, so you most likely wont find any used 87/88's.

I got my 87's from gmpartsdirect.com like Zero said, for $104 shipped.

As for body lift you could always try to peice your kit together like Mr.Smith did... especially if you don't car bout running bumpers it'll be much easier to do. Also not an item commonly found used...

You can find parts like the blocks and bolts for a body lift separately. Front bumper is an easy fix with some longer bolts and 2" pieces of pipe. Rear bumper is more complicated, though. You either need to find brackets somewhere, or make something that will work. I was lucky enough to find rear brackets from another member that didn't need them. That usually doesn't happen. The steering extension is another issue. You could make your own(complicated and a pain in the ass), weld a length of 17mm DD rod the the steering shaft, or get an extension from someone like Mark. All in all, it is probably the best idea to buy a kit ready to go. I managed to piece a complete kit together less the extension, but I am getting one of those from Mark. My diligence and digging saved me a boatload of cash, but it was a hell of a longshot.

I pieced together my own 3" body lift as well with some help from Mark. Check out Mr.Smiths body lift thread, I posted part numbers there for what is needed. Your only hurdles are the rear bumper brackets and steering extension. The rest is pretty simple to put together. Good Luck

I prolly helped with a big piece of the difficult parts to get.

30 spline.... and you need the 8.6 Lockright or No-Slip. The 8.5 is different...ask me how I know. :)

8.5" 28 spline No-Slip - 92-0785-2805
8.5" 30 spline No-Slip - 92-0785-3005
8.6" 30 spline No-Slip - 92-0786-3005

8.5" 28 spline LockRight - 1920
8.5" 30 spline LockRight - 1921

They don't list an application for 8.6" axles, but 4wheelparts shows the 1921 fitting the 8.6" as well. There was an early style 8.6" carrier (with two large windows) vs the later style 8.6" carrier (with one large and one small window). I suspect the 1921 may only fit the early style carrier... which you won't find in an EXT rear axle.

I can tell you from exsperience that the newer 8.6" carrier has a narrower internal width than the 8.5". So if PT says they don't make one, I would trust them.

The No-Slip is pretty slick BTW... much smoother on the street than the Detroit Locker I had in my old K5. Quiet too.

It has far fewer pieces in it than a G80 does.

It's on my list. Part number 1935. Been pushed back on my list a bit since I went and bought a winch on a whim...
