Tyler, unfortunately that's how it goes when you pay a shop. It's why you see us steer guys towarda buying and renting tools to do it themselves. For me a day wrenching is generally enjoyable, so although my free time is extremely limited these days it's not worth that kind of money (to have a shop do it, the price isn't that crazy for my area).
The endlinks on the swaybar are notoriously noisy when they are worn and the A arm bushings give off a good clunk too if the bushings are really bad. I'd check out the endlinks first, then the bushings, if it needs bushings it'll need another alignment.
