Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

What did you do to your GMT today?

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

I don't think I would go flat due to fingerprint n oil/grease showing so much. Also I think semi-gloss has enough advantage I would go that way. Unless i got my dream orange paint which would be gloss with dozen coats of clear.

for me, my grey works well. It looks ok cleaned up but not too bad when filthy and hides scratches pretty well.

I have toyed with the idea of painting on some kind of zebra stripe with plasti-dip during hunting season to break up the outline some.

When I was a kid there was a guy named Franc White ("Southern Sportsman") his plane and I think other vehicles were painted in that zebra pattern and I always thought it was neat.

Yah, with a can of spray-on mud in the boot. Owned by the same sort of bloke who would wear a safari outfit with pith helmet on a trip to the zoo to see the Fierce Creatures. :wallbash:

LOL, he had some kind of SUV, it might have been a Land Rover or a Land Cruiser, can't remember which and couldn't find it with my quick google search.

He made a living hunting and fishing and doing TV shows/magazine articles about it, sounds like a great job to me.

Me too. Back when JorDanee and I were thinking about doing the body lift, JamesDub's rig was an inspiration and his matte paint job in Olive Drab was something we liked.

Although I lean towards tan.

I saw a matte grey Jeep at Harbor Freight recently that I thought looked equally good.
Here you go Mike do this and you cover all the bases. ;) Image

Made some wires, finished up the passenger side suspension and moving onto the drivers side. Gotta replace the front diff seal, then put things back together again.

I'd personally say that 4 gauge wire is more than enough for most.
