Replaced my broken CB and decided to split my gauge/radio bezel into two pieces.

Seafoamed the intake. I guess I was hoping for some palpable results. Maybe it feels a bit smoother, but I'm considering adding it to the snake oil category. It did further alert me to the leaky header. Fun fun.

Installed new gatorback belt, idler pulley and tensioner due to a very annoying squeak that I had during cold start ups. Turned out to be the tensioner pulley bearings were on their way out....

Also found out both right side inner and outer tie rod ends are shot.... Both have play in them. Time to order new parts.

Tried to install a new caliper.... and got it all in to find that the bleeder valve was stripped......

  • Spent an hour trying to removed spare tire and cursed the whole time :wallbash:
  • Installed cheap ass spare tire hitch mount
  • Removed front and rear bumper in preparation for 3" body lift,
  • Installed Dorman 918-300 Power Steering Cooler
  • Installed OffRoadTB.com decals

Ordered a set of the Skyjacker rear coil springs. I have a theory they're going to ride like shit compared to the Z71's. :finger: Probably going to replace the rear shocks too when the Radflo's come.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

What rear shocks you going with? I heard the stock Z71 are the way to go.

LOL. I'm looking forward to trying them honestly. Kyle can't be the only one whose done both. :thumleft:

It's either try that, or shove more spacers back there, which I'd rather avoid.

Hopefully you are as satisfied as I am. I really did not like the top n bottom spacer on the rear although it never failed me.

Well what turned out to be a Bad Caliper also turned into a warped Rotor. So the rear end is getting new rotors and pads along with one new caliper.

depending on how bad it is warped you can likely get it "turned" for under $15.

Every rotor in past 5 years I have taken to be turned, they say is under spec. I dont even bother trying with as cheap as rotors are.
