You need some big mag wheels on it and some fire up front and I'd hear the 70's calling you. ROFLMAFO :finger:

Beside I like flames and on your bad ass SS I think they would look great! Just not sure if they would be better on the hood or coming off the wheels.

I never realized the ass of Eriks truck was that high. I guess I've only ever seen it loaded down with stuff where it sits slightly more level. Those front springs are wrecked. lol Those radflos couldn't come soon enough.

Hey Erik, you know that lift kit came with parts for all four wheels? You were not supposed to put both sets of blocks on the rear wheels only!

Seriously though, each level of front coil is sitting on the one below it. His springs are trashed!

That's why I keep a spare set of springs. I figure one day the 88s will wear out like the stockers did. If it were my SS I would pull the rear spacer for now though...I hate rake.

I disconnected the front sway bar and found some curvy roads to drive on.
I can't say that I notice any real difference, I took some of the curves at the same or better speeds than I usually run, tried a little swerving back and forth.

The rear is still connected running z71s.

going to run them like this for awhile longer. If I don't have any issues, I might see if I can pull it out when I do the diff swap.

I run the front now and leave the rear off. The front felt fine for myself before we moved up to the larger tires. With the larger tires the car was all over the place with the front and rear off.
Once lifted 03 Trailblazer on 35's, gave it up to travel the USA with my family.

yeah, I thought about the rear as well but I tow a bass boat pretty often and figure I might need the extra support from time to time.

I need to try the front disco-ed pulling the boat to make sure that doesn't make a huge difference as well.

I removed the rear and over the last few weeks I have towed the 6x12 enclosed uhaul trailer a few times, and loaded it pretty heavy. I haven't had an issue as of yet.

The front sway bar does more work than the rear. The rear off and front connected is closer to stock feel than the front disco and rear connected. For towing you have it backward.

If you can only remove one, remove the rear since it allows more flex and keeps the more functional anti-swaybar in place.

I know there are differing opinions on that too. The front does do more work, but if you remove it, it seems to get the flex between the front and rear pretty even. I'm not sure that removing the rear sway bar gets you any more total flex than removing the front, even though it does allow the rear to flex a lot more.

Not sure if anyone has actually gotten measurements on that or not.

I need to also check and make sure disconnected doesn't cause any binding at full droop.
I'm only running 2.5" in the front without the washer mod so I expect I am safe.

Just disco and remove both. I have for a couple years now and have no issues. I have also pulled a flat trailer with a truck on it and didn't notice mich difference.

I'm starting to think that way too Reg. I've been thinking of trying to find a way to prove that there is minimal difference with and without the rear. Just need to find a way to quantify it.
