Thanks! How do I figure out what gear ratio I have...3:23 or otherwise?

just for the record, we don't have 3.23 gears as an option. 3.42 is the highest gear ratio that came stock. I think Jason must have had a typo.

Ok, thanks. It says GU6 & G80, so apparently, I have the G80 rear with a 3:42 ratio. Hopefully, that will work with some 265/70/17's and towing.

I have 3.42s and was running a 32" tire and towing very often, no trans cooler. I was running 33" tire when I grenaded my rear diff. I picked up an 8.6" axle with 3.42s and have been running it since, towing very often as well.

I will be regearing soon, just not sure when. I'd pick up the parts and do it myself, but I've never messed with gears and not sure I want to unsupervised, lol.

33" on 3.42 dosen't seem all that bad with a cooler. Just don't expect to win a race... Unless you're ZombieKiller
