Just curious. I took a measurement of the front springs at rest in the driveway. Measured roughly 10 1/4 inches. I have Bartons front bumper and a warn winch. My springs are 87's which I believe has a spring rate of 70. I'm curious if this is the correct springs to have and what others with similar setups measure. I'm thinking I should go to 88's but since they are not available maybe 89's. If I go to 89's going from a spring rate of 70 to 78 are there any draw backs or things I might be compromising ?

Jeff, is the winch permanently mounted? If not I would install everything and see how much sag you get. If you decide to go with the 89's, I want dibs on the 87's

You'll lose about 3/8" of downward travel by going with the 89s. So the down side is that the front suspension will top out easier.
See how much down travel you have currently, and see if 3/8" is a big deal.
I think my setup with 87s and shock washer spacers has just around an inch of downward travel... if I recall (measured it a while back and never wrote it down).
