I was hoping for a slightly 'zoomed out' location of meet up. Since I'd be coming from Central FL, I might pass around 2000 WalMarts en route...

Wouldn't that be zoomed in? So that you can better ID your target...

And I originally voted for later so +1 for 27-29 I just can't re-vote. Didn't think my wife would go for it but she liked the idea.

Not sure I'll be able to swing it, just happens to be at the end of a co-workers vaca, but since I'd just take Fri it might work, just need to talk to the boss man.

So, it looks like we've got 5 people going on the 27th, only 2 going on the 20th, and a few who can do both...

Looks like, being one of the 20th people, I'm in for a summer one with a few other folks...

Are we ready to confirm the 27th, so Lis and I can schedule our spring vacation doing something else? (or, I can't see it, but the 20th, so we can schedule vacation in the area and be there for the weekend)

We just need to get our vacation scheduled like ASAP, and would hate to schedule something else, then all of the 27th people not be able to come, then we've already scheduled something else for the 20th...

Mike

Eh... It's an 11 hour drive for us, and we've made it 3x... Just take a friend and trade driving through the night...

Well sense I'm not a key player here on the forum I don't want to influence the date but if it's the 27 I'll put in my time off now and would be 100% there if the 20th I'll be in wv camping so will not be there and will just make the next one

Yep. A friend helps. Did it once solo and it's kinda rough straight thru.

Low1ton, Nah, it's not like we were 1 vote apart or anything, and a member is a member, IMO... Only 2 of us voted for the 20th, I'm not sure who the other one was, and I'm sure at least 2 of the 5 of the 27th people will make it...

I'm just trying to get something firmed up, whichever date, so the wife and I can schedule our vacation...

If it's the 27th, it looks like there are several people who can't come this early, anyway, so I'll start a "summer TECORE" date planning thread...

Mike we need to make a midwest one anyway. We regularly can get 5 plus members to go wheeling.
