Really if you go with the their extended mileage oil and filter it is likely cheaper than the more common brands.
If you go with their straight synthetic and a Wix filter it is in line with M1 and others.
I'm unsure what the cost is to a dealer but the dealer fee is so cheap it might be worth looking into.
If you don't want to pay the dealer fee I can give you or anyone for that matter the dealer price. The most costly is the signature series 0w30 at 8.15 per qt but with that I only change my oil once a year depending on analysis. So you might pay more up front but over the long run you save, I also never have to add or top off my oil and my throttle body is always very clean. Like I said I like it but that's just me, people have differant prefferances for differant reasons. Also you want to go with the Amsoil EA filters they are better.
