noob sway bar end link question

BDS, ReadyLift, Smaxx... You name it, we know about it here.

I got a pair of front Maxx sway bar end links. I have seen a lot of posts and on dealer sites saying they make these for lifted applications, however I can't find any for the TB. I am going with Marks 2" and planned onrunning these for the street. Since it is mostly latteral stress on the sway bar is it ok to run the stock length? Disco. is not an option for me on the road.

I don't really understand the question completely, so I'll provide the best answer possible based on what I think you are getting at.... The SMAXX end links are compatible for stock up to 2" of lift. They will work with a stock suspension. If you have the MAXXlinks, you can run them before you get the lift and there shouldn't be any problems. I have had mine in for over a year. For some of that time, I was lowered. They held up just fine.

They aren't adjustable per se.

Anti-sway bars just work in a fashion that the length of the end links isn't really critical, and can work for a number of angles/lengths.

Yeah thats kind of what I was trying to get at since the stress is latteral not so much verticle it wouldn't make a huge diff.

But the instructions showed that you can raise the end cap of the link and move the bushings up to lenghten for lifted vehicles. I didn't notice that when I read them the first time. After reading the reply to my post it dawned on me that I'm an idiot. :D
