The alternator isn't bad, it goes pretty quick, but Moots hates doing it and bitches about it all the time.
Getting back to the water pump isn't terrible either, the worst part is removing that nut, but a chain to strap everything down makes it go relatively easy.

what is the easiest way to roughly align our tbs? Iam having a major issue with toe 
went from 2in lift to 3? that and 4 new ball joints and both cvs replaced and thanks for the help with the puller I had to make one for todays purposes but ordered one to. any help will be appreciated

I have been lucky enough not to have to replace one yet. I'm not worried about the mechanical side, that all seems pretty simple. I'm not looking forward to the coolant mess. How have you dealt with that, just a big catch pan? Do you drain the coolant before swapping the water pump?

Went for a ride around the property and had 6 LED's go out in my light bar. 6 out of 24 being out makes quite a difference.
Then my headlights quit working on the way home... had to drive 12 miles of country roads with fog lights and whats left of my LED bar for high beams

How long have you had the LED bar? That sounds like premature failure no matter what since they are supposed to be good for something like 10,000 hours.

Added some reflecting tape to the rear doors. There is reflectors on the front doors which is useful at night with other vehicles around, but the back doors had nothing.
The problem with the Trailblazer is, people think you know what you're doing.

My brother's got the remaining welds ground down on the bumper, and primed Saturday. I found a $40/gallon dented can of bed liner at Harbor Freight, and he did this today:
