Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Hello from Southern IL

Hey there from southern Illinois (just northeast of St. Louis). I picked up my 06 LS last summer. I kind of stumbled on Trailvoy looking for answers to a few small things and then drooling at the Downing build and site, I moved over here with necessary speed. I've never done any off-roading and never even owned anything really capable until now, but after seeing what possibilities of what my truck can become...

For now, most of my fun will be confined to heading to scouting events, but as I get started on my ever growing wish list, I am hoping to get out and play in the dirt. I also look forward to getting to know you guys in the future.

Edit: oh and the only mod that I've done so far is the light bar for the top. Thanks Mr. Downing for the great idea!

Welcome, I think there are a few members in the IL and IN areas. I'm sure you can hook up with some of them.

Post up once you have an idea of your mod list. It isn't one big package you buy, it's generally many little parts that will have to work together.

Let the addiction begin!

Welcome! I'm in west Kentucky and recently addicted to this as well. Also, have the green light from the wife. We should plan a trip.

Definitely. Is there anything central to all of us where we could all play?

Redbird is sort of west-southwestern Indiana, if nothing else... Attica is west-northwestern Indiana (I-74 and the IN/IL state line)
