Just went through the new TB
Plugs, fuel filter (never changed till yesterday), Updated air filter to Raid unit, Cleaned Tbody,
Changed Driveline fluids and engine oil, Checked brakes.
Measured for the new lift for the 100th time.
Drank Beer. Played with the peeps.
Great day.

I paid a bunch extra for a Y pipe that had high flow cats in it. Gotta love emissions!

You have multiple options and are getting headerS, I only have one option and is a single header

Im surprised PaceSetter never made a header for out I6, probably would have sucked like most of their stuff... but would have been an option

Since it was never an option for me, I never paid attention. What brand is the option you DO have? I ended up with Kooks. They fit better. The entire header is inside the frame, only a small part of the Y pipe isn't. I should be able to space something onto the cross member and build a transmission skid that covers both.

Yep if you recall I had to rebuild it last spring... Needless to say I had to get pulled out... If I could have gotten my tires to clean themselves I would have never been stuck..

In another note I'm sick of this 4wd system... It sucks

In my talks with Jason (V7guy) and his current long travel IFS quest, I think a real lasting mod to the front 4wd system would be to make rear sump oil pan and use a front diff out of a Colorado. You will have to make some support brackets to hold it to the subframe and some custom Colorado to TB CV's (different spline count) but what you would gain would be a real front diff system with ability to add ARB air locker.

I know I am over simplifying however I really think you could do this with all stock TB suspension but I also think Colorado IFS suspension could be adapted.
