Something not working right?

I was wondering if anyone knew what the.problem might be? Several months ago I replaced the fuel regulator. The gas smell is coming from the driver side by the rear wheel. If there is a recall on it was wondering 1. my tb has 130k on it 2. My tb has a rebuilt title.

There was a TSB, but you're too old for GM to help pay for it. It's almost surely corrosion on the high pressure tubing that comes out the top of the fuel pump assembly. Or a cracked filler neck. Call your local dealer to confirm that they don't have you on a list to assist with partial payment.
