Grinding Noise Only When turning Right??

Something not working right?

On those pins, I've pulled them out in other vehicles, sanded them and greased them good to get them working again.

If Caleb posts up any more troubleshooting questions... I'm going to just say "Just bring it to the shop".

No parents didn't make me take it. I just don't have the time to try and fix it. Yes I would have but I just didn't have the time. Thats fine JD. I don't exepct a response on my next troubleshooting Thread or any more of the threads I start. Atleast I didn't purchase new Hubs like y'all were telling me to which WERE NOT BAD.

I don't think anyone told you to replace them outright. We suggested that you perform tests in order to rule them out as an issue. We are trying to save you money by providing you the tools to troubleshoot these things on your own and specifically NOT to just shotgun parts. My initial inclination was rotor lip rust rubbing on something... but there are processes that you can perform very easily to try to rule out other possibilities. For instance, if it hadn't been a rotor rub, and you had just turned the rotor for no reason, you could have wasted money. So until you performed some simple tests, I didn't want to suggest exactly what to replace/fix.

The EASY answer is to take it to a shop. But you have to pay for that answer. Just a matter of what you want to do - pay? or sweat a little and save some of that money you've been earning. Start calculating cost in terms of "hours you have to work to pay for it", and it will change your tune.

Caleb, I think the thing is we made several suggestions of things it could be....
hub - high failure item that can be hard to diagnose because outside of the sound it isn't obvious.
brakes - rotor/shield/ - an issue here should be pretty obvious if you are looking at it while rotating or can look at wear patterns and actually see the parts and hear where the noise is coming from.
We understand you keep saying you have no time but it would take less time to figure it out than to drive to the garage for them to fix it. Most of us on here work full time jobs and have full time families as well. You think you don't have time now, wait until you get married and have kids.....

I would venture to say you spent at least $50 to have a shop fix it and for $50 you could have fixed it yourself and bought many of the tools(cheap tools) needed to make this and future repairs.

"It's the hub."

Sure read that way to me.

BTW: You should take the time and check the hubs. People here have checked their own and fixed them and read books and bought tools and bled. They don't go to a shop because they are busy. They take ownership of what they own and remain voluble with their knowledge.

The unnamed gentleman from page 1, being esteemed in these pages, was excluded in my statement. :D Plus he made some reference to a "GMTN"... which must be some website where he posted some other good troubleshooting advice?
