Finally ready for a suspension lift. I no nothing about this stuff. 2006 trailblazer LS.

Was looking at bds 2" lift. Can I install it on its own? Do i need other stuff. Looking to get all parts needed rush delivery, no ebay stuff. About to leave for alaska soon. What should i all get to do just a suspension lift? I am currently stock.

Wow, you really need to use the search bar. Go with the markmc 2.5" lift. That's what I've had on for a year now and don't have any complaints about it. It comes with everything you need. But you will need tools such as...pickle fork, spring compressor, pitman arm puller and a good pry bar. All the lift kits come with instuctions on how to install. If you have never been into this stuff have you taken into consideration that your going to be replacing parts often? You go through tires faster(atleast in my case you do...). There's a lot more to lifting a a vehicle then just "lifting a vehicle". I would say you need to do alittle more research. This forum has everything covered multiple times. If you get stumped then ask questions...but don't ask if you haven't searched for it first.

So I just ordered:

MarkMC 2.5" Full kit
Blistein front shocks
BDS 55619 Rear Shocks
MarkMC 1.5" wheel spacers
Skyjacker Softride Coil Springs - C25R

What'dya think? Will this stuff work together for me? OR should I go another route?

We can't tell you what will work for you, we don't know what you plan to do other than go to Alaska.
Eveything you listed will fit on your truck and work without any issues I can see, But it's all worthless if you don't add a good set of tires to your list. That's the whole point behind lifting your truck is to make room for larger tires, no matter how far you lift it it won't be any more useful if you're axle's are still sitting at stock height.

On your trip to Alaska are you going to be packed down with a lot of heavy camping gear? If so you might prefer the rear springs out of a Tahoe/Avalanche over the Skyjacker softrides. They provide a little lift but are also stiffer for pulling a trailer or carrying a heavy camping load.

I noticed you ordered wheel spacers but made no mention of new rims or tires. Whats the plan there? Just trying to get your stock rims to stick out further with street tires? Saving them until you can afford some Crager 8s wrapped in BFGs? You realize that if your spacers aren't adapters (6x5 to 6x5.5) then you're very limited on aftermarket rims.

Make sure you specify which pattern you need for those spacers from Mark. He sells two different patterns. I recall someone getting the wrong one accidentally because it wasn't specified.
