Pull the upper boot WAY back on the steering shaft. Observe that there is an extra hole that goes through the shaft. Insert screwdriver through said hole and use it as a grip when installing said knuckle. Also, grease the knuckle to help it slide on. Swearing loudly helps too (at least it did for me).

Definitely grease it! I didn't and had it stuck about 1/2" away from lining up with the hole... I was pulling on it for an hour lol I ended up going to sleep and getting it right away the next day

I experienced little to no trouble with the steering extension. I got under the truck, held the shaft, and tapped the extension with a hammer.

Don't forget some pics of the install. I didn't get many cause of doing it as a prototype thing. Be nice for others to see.

Mine arrived too, but it appears USPS destroyed the living shit out of the box, looks like they attempted to tape it together and I am pretty sure I am missing parts on top of all the powder coated parts are all scratched to shit.

Mark - I sent you an e-mail about this, just waiting to hear back from you about a parts list and I too didn't find any instructions. Hopefully I am not missing anything more than lock washers since I only have 7 of those and am guessing I need 12.

Lookin good tho bud!

Mark -

Your having shotty internet and I'm having e-mail issues, lol.... We recently switched from Cable to Verizon FIOS and for some reason I cannot send e-mail from my computer but can receive it. So I have been using my cell phone to send my messages and probably screwed something up while trying to e-mail you.

I got the list and PDF...

After going through everything looks like I am only missing 5 lock washers for the body bolts and 4 washers for the blind bolts. I have a tractor supply not 2 mins from me and can just get some replacements for those. I was just worried about the more important items.
