Of course it was a question of if they have 5100 struts out there..........and they do.. as for the TB since when did they make really anything for our trucks most of us find ways to better outfit our trucks..look at the thread on outter control arms they used silverado parts ...point made

Silverado control arms?
You talkin about the tie rod ends?

The problem with the shocks in the front is our short bus special type of mounting on the bottom. Might be able to make an adapter if you were creative.

Like v7guy said, that was tie rod ends, along with significant modification to the knuckle.

If you want aftermarket struts, you currently have two options, Bilstein 4600 series (AKA HDs) or Radflo coilovers. Anything else will require a complete redesign of our front coilover type suspension.

Our front setup just has too many mutual dependencies between components.
