I know this has been addressed,but I think it should be here to be found for future lifters.
After you lift the truck using smaxx or markmc kit, if there is a squeak it could be coming form the washer right at the top of the strut tower. This is easily remedied by running a bead of white lithium grease around it.
At least that what worked for me and I am so much happier without any squeaks.

It can also be remedied properly by using an allen wrench and box wrench to tighten the nut on top of the strut. That's what worked for me.

I installed the Markmc lift today and I have a squeak as well, can that happen just on one side?

It could also be loose panhard bar.

If something isn't tight, absolutely.
Are you sure it's the washer or the poly bushing below the washer? In past experiences when I have installed a poly bushing ( Prothane bushings) they have all come with a little tube of lithium grease. Directions called for lubing the metal sleeve that passes through the bushings. Without lubing, the squeaks can develop when water gets on the poly bushings.
Just another hypothesis.
