My stomach doesn't do well with some dairy. Mostly sour cream, cream cheese, cream of xyz soup....

Would lasagna for dinner on Saturday work or should I go a different route?

Shoda + Friend Friday night only

My thought is everyone takes care of themselves for dinner Friday. That leaves Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch. How about the four couples divide these up.

Saturday Breakfast: Kevin & Sandi (Belgium waffles and sausage, juice and milk)
Saturday Dinner: Matt & Tracey (Lasagna, Garlic Bread, salad. Bring your own beverages!)
Sunday Breakfast: AJ & Nicole
Sat & Sun Lunch (cold sandwiches, chips, fruit/veggies): Erik and Stacey (plus trail mix)

Kyle, you're in charge of bringing late night snacks. dilly beans and candied jalapenos, that kind of stuff if possible.

Here is where we stand right now. By my calculations we are at $25 per person per wheeling day. That covers the lodging and wheeling Saturday and Sunday.

The weather looks like it will be good to us. We are looking at temps in the 20's and partly cloudy. Keep in mind that all of the snow is melting off this week and it is going to be raining through the week. It will be a soupy mess down there so plan accordingly!

As always, I will have my tool boxes in the truck and a decent supply of spare parts. Tool wise we will be good with what I carry, but I encourage you to bring what spare parts you have, I predict tie rods will be in demand this weekend!

Finally, while alcohol is not a good idea when wheeling, and not allowed in the park, i did specifically ask about it because the cabin is on the park grounds. They told me that yes, it is allowed in the cabin and there wont be any issues, but it will be grounds for immediate removal if they find anyone driving after they have been drinking!

I am looking forward to a great time this weekend and the first of many to come this year!

I'm having major issues with my truck. I sure hope I get it up and running by Friday!

I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but

So with me coming up Saturday afternoon and staying til Sunday, would it be a big inconvienence if I brought a co-pilot for the drive?

As I see it, I am to bring some snacks for the evening...not sure what all I have right now, but will figure out something. I will call one of yall on my way to see if you need anything extra, but anyone know of anything extra/special I should be planning on bringing along. My Thurs-Sat is gonna be busy with Continuing Education at work and the family around for funeral, so trying to pre-plan a little.

Co-pilots are more then welcome. Just bring bedding, it is going to be crowded. I have been talking to Shoda over the last few days and he is going to be joining us friday night and wheel Saturday. He will have a co-pilot as well. They are only staying Friday, so their vacated floor space will be ready for new occupants on Saturday.

IF you don't have snacks available that is cool. That was more of my own greedy request.

Stacey asked me to find out what kind of sandwich meat she should bring. Ham? Turkey? Chicken?

Stacey and I have a GOAL to be out of here at 4:30pm our time. I do not think we will make that goal, but we will try. That would put us down there around 7:30 local time. The other thread explains the status of my truck.

If anyone has a m12 1.5 tap please let me know. I have a wheel bearing with damaged threads I would like to clean up. I don't yet have that size tap though.

BTW, remember that I'm in Europe until Tuesday, so my truck/trailer and myself aren't around to trailer anybody home if you break.
