Hi. My name is Kade, im located in Houston TX. I've got a 2006 trailblazer lt 4x4 that is all stock at the moment since I've only had it about 3mos now. After scouring the forums i cant wait to start with the mods. Bumpers, lift, and tires are coming soon.

LOL! I did the same things everyone else did! (well, I did the things I saw and liked) Just so you know, I wasn't the first, but I believe I am the only. Someone did lift an SS for a while but took the lift back out. I believe they had an alignment issue.

I'm thinking a 3" lift, MDB front and rear bumpers, 31"-32" tires, and that's just a start. Now to come up with the money.

Are you thinking 3" suspension or body lift? MDB bumpers are a good idea. You might want to contact him about the rear bumper before you get too far into your plans. I know he has kits that require some cutting and welding for the front bumper. It would be a good idea to consider a radiator skid plate as well. It seems most people worry more about the radiator before the bumper.

Ahh, skidplates slipped my mind earlier but radiator and oil pan skids will be done as well. Possibly fuel tank skid to. I plan on getting the front bumper kit, which i will weld up myself, and I will communicate with him about the rear bumper before i do it. The lift will start with a 3' suspension lift and a possible 1"-2" body lift later on.

I like your plan. The only thing is that tires and wheels are expensive. Because they are expensive I decided to wait and only lift my truck once! (I did both lifts the same weekend)
