Now from what i've learned so far, and Jason or Donny or someone with more experience can correct me if i'm wrong. With the 2.5" lift you don't NEED struts and shocks, but with the 3" you need longer travel rear shocks at minimum. But as they have convinced me, if you're going to do it, why not just go ahead and get the new front struts too haha. And go big or go home, might as well do the 3" too!
Then just throw some 265/75r16 tires on there and you have the ground clearance you desire.
THEN, they're all going to tell you to get the radiator and oil pan skid plates, which we're currently saving for (they're very convincing people here lol)
