I also have this same problem, had it aligned 6 different times, wheels balanced 10, 2 sets of cv shafts, regreased the disconnect, changed the u-joint on the front prop shaft.
Only thing I haven't done is pull the diff and check its internals, has the normal amount of play in the front prop shaft, so I gave up on it a few months back, since it only happens to me from 0 to 25-30 mph, then goes away, which I'll never be going that fast on trails, and its not daily driven.
