Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Automotix

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

Well I ordered a 4.10 front differental and 8.6" rear end from Automotix earlier in the week. They were coming from different places and the front diff just showed up so I open it up to make sure its right. Guess what I got a 3.73! What makes it so bad was they told me when I ordered it they wouldn't warrany it because I didn't give them the VIN. I didn't give them the VIN because I knew it would come back as 3.42 and they wouldn't want to sell it to me. The reason for ordering the 4.10 was to upgrade from the 3.42. So now their closed till Monday and I get to wait all weekend before I can call and them probably tell me tuff luck. Waiting for the rear to come in still, maybe them got it right! So leason learned I WILL NOT be ordering from them again!!!

Sending you the wrong part has nothing to do with the warranty, if it breaks they won't cover it should be all, but they should agree to send you the part you ordered.

good thing you opened it up else that could have been bad the first time you tried it out in 4wd
