Sweet. I use a similar quote. When in doubt, throttle out.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but
they've always worked for me.

I've found this quote to be particularly useful, Especially while working on my truck, "When all else fails, grab a bigger hammer."

So I think the TB is ready to go. Last minute I swapped out the rear springs for a lift pack I found in the wrecking yard, then put the rears up front. Lifted the TB about 2" total and should help keep me off the front bumpstops.

Steering is good now, emailed cardone and the ext and std pumps are the same, 2.4 to 3.4 gpm flow and 1280 to 1550 psi. (their rebuild specs) So im sure with my mods im 1500+ psi. Smaller pulley from the ext helped too. Slight whine, but oh well.

Everything is packed up, hopefully the spare parts im leaving at home wont haunt me.

I even took the time to install XM this morning!

Updates will be scarce as its easiest to upload to facebook. Chevycrew@yahoo.com

Chrome has a feature to translate a web page to English, that pic doesn't really say anything though.

"you're right, I had not thought"
"Please consider a search before posting. Folks on this site PIONEERED functional offroad use of these trucks."

All it says with this pic is " You're right, I had not thought" so it doesn't tell us anything about whats going on.

Per him on FB, the drive shaft slowed him down maybe 20 minutes, and the smoke was from his cheapo winch smoking. He has a Warn on the way.

He's near me right now. I may run down there today and pick up his dead DS.
