Hey guys,

So i am getting kinda bugged i decided to put my Z71s on this morning because i have noticed a sag on driver side and figured it was just spring sag due to gas tank and my fat ass being on driver side but heres the before and after driver rear floor to fender 36 1/4 passanger rear 38 1/4 after: driver rear 38 1/4 pass rear 40. The diff is exactly the same on the front. Anyone had this problem or have any idea what may be worn out enough to cause this. Im sure nobody notices the tiny diff but i do and its bugging the shit out of me. Any suggestions would help im am a little bugged by this to say the least.

so the driver side sits roughly 2 inches lower front and rear than the passenger side?
Outside of swapping in Z71s, what other changes have you made since stock?
Has it always sat like that?

Maybe take some pics of both front and rear where the springs

Damnit, I just typed a long thing, and it disappeared on me because I wasn't patient, and it went to the "somebody else posted" page, instead of submitting...

Anyway, it's likely that since the front anti-roll bar is much stronger than the rear, you've got one front that's higher than the other, causing it. DevilishT (Travis, '07 SS) had the same deal when he lifted. Since our struts are at an angle, how the vehicle aligns changes the height on each side. On his, he had 1 side that was all the way in, and one that was nearly all the way out, so the one that was all the way in sat over 1" higher than the one that was out.

Mike, this might be a silly question but how would he fix it?
Would he just loosen the sway bar mount brackets disconnect the end links and line things up better?

No, it would be how the IFS subframe and lower control arms mate up. If that's what it takes to align it, the only way to fix it would be adjustable coilvers like I've got, or to mill some off of one of the spring spacers.

First, though, he has to look and see if the LCA adjustments on the IFS subframe are the same, or if one is jacked all the way in or out.

It's possible, that the swaybar itself is tweaked too.

Gabe, just disco the front and see if it makes a difference.

Would a tweaked front swaybar be strong enough to pull the whole side down? I know for sure with rear sway bar d/ c it made no diff but ill dc the front and see what happens.

@ barton. They look like they are about the same
@ navigator. Just the markmc lift. But i cant see that causing the issus as they are identical size left and right. And no unfortunately i didn't measure stock ride height.

That's normal if you don't have an adjustable panhard bar. Mine sits off to the side also, just haven't gotten around to getting a new panhard bar.

My TB has drooped to the drivers side since the day I bought it brand new back in 2003. My 1983 S10 Blazer also drooped to the drivers side so I didn't worry too much, but it is just aggitating. I have both sway bars attached and they are not bent. Both front springs are 83's. When I installed my Z71 springs, I spent time rotating them to see if the end coil to front or rear of TB changed resting heights. Nothing seems to change this. I suspect the Panhard bar is pushing up the passenger side making it droop to the driver side, the higher I have lifted, the worse the droop gets. For example, stock rear springs and 2" lift resulted in ~1" droop, with Z71's and 2" lift now gives me almost 2" droop. I haven't had any issues in the past 9 years, so assume it is no big deal.

I'd look at springs first. The PHR just centers the axle mostly.
