Hey everyone!

My name is Thomas and I'm from Sweden, Stockholm.
Had my Trailblazer for a bit over a year now, Been a lurker on this website since before I even bought it tho.

Haven't been able to afford a lift yet but the TB runs good stock for my fishing/hunting trips so far
but planing on lifting it and getting some 33's or 35's under it in a near future.
First tho I'm gonna work some more on my camping equipment in it, Need a sleeping platform before I go crazy from setting up another tent. ;)

Guess that's about it, Been sitting in the shadows for to long so reckon it was time to say hi at least.

Btw, Are there any other Swedes on ORTB? Seen a few Europeans here at least.

I'm not familiar with any other Swedish members, but I think there were some back when we were stuck in the small off-road section of trailvoy.com.

Glad to have you!

Offroading in Sweden is like walking on a fine line, its forbidden to offroad in Sweden except on military ground if the military has given you permission and also on private land after getting permission from the government to conduct offroad activity.

But there are some good trails in Sweden and its easy enough to just pop over to a neighboring country and do some offroading there instead.
Only a couple of hours to go either Norway, Finland or Denmark and even Germany ain't far off.

My dream for when my ride is up to par, Is to ship it to the states for a month or two and do some offroad expedition adventure. (But economically that's far away considering the shipping costs.)

Generally when we say "off road" here, it just means dirt roads. In many of our forests, the roads are not paved, and poorly maintained, which provides plenty of exercise for the 4WD systems. Even in places like Utah and Colorado, the trails are generally considered county roads.
