Something not working right?

Not sure if this post goes here, but from what I can find this part shouldn't exist:

almost looks like a power jack, or a strange audio jack to me, anyone know what it is?

Looks like one of the bolt holes for disassembling the dash.

Mine has a black phillips screw with large head, (basically a built in washer)

Same thread size as the others holding the dash on (2 above the cluster, then more down by your knees), length I think is around 1".
