Loose red wire near driver side fuse block...

So as I was going through the process of working on my ext temp sensor, I noticed a large red wire was undone from what looks like it supposed to be attached to the third post of the fuse block on the driver side. The attached pics are how I found it. My question is, what does it go to and should it be or not be fastened down? There is no nut on the post itself and both sides of the metal flat attached to the wire look slightly corroded and dirty which leads me to believe it's been undone for awhile now but have no way to verify.

I installed mine with an M6 metric wingnut. It's fused with a 30 A J-case fuse, so it's a useful source of power for other things you might want to install if you don't tow a trailer large enough to have its own battery. Like offroad lights or the like.
