325/60/20 (35"ers)

I have 325 60 20 on my truck for now and dont even have my extra front spacer in. They clear for street driving, but I wouldnt wheel with them...

As much sidewall as 32s on 17. These tires are a true 35, 1.5 inches taller than my buddys 35 KM2 on 16x8. They are 20x10 AR with 325 60 20 Toyo Open Country AT. Only .75 shorter than a 37 KM2.


FYI The tires are taller than the top of fender opening on a TB with 1 inch lift.


Not a permanent mod, but couldnt find any decent 35s for smaller wheels and got a smokin deal on this set with 65% tread. I also picked up some 35 1250 20 pro comp extreme MT to resell and they are a good 1.5 inch shorter as well. These things are massive. It did prove to me that I can run a normal 35 without any issue.

Justplaying around with something. I am trying to find my next setup and I needed to test that actual height, normal 35's wont cut it for the tires I am thinking...

FYI I did get a price on Allied beadlocks with shipping and they are pretty reasonable.
I hate to advocate weird chemicals, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone...but

looks pretty incredible Kyle! Chrome may not get you home, but you sure look alot nicer getting there!

My chrome has always got me home and to many places black wheels couldnt make it... If I am paying good money for custom rims, I will always get chrome, black doesnt make your rig perform or look any better.

Yeah it does. I have an aversion to chrome. Polished stainless is about as close as I can get, and even then only sparingly.

Too each their own. Black rims are cheap and ghetto looking to me, but it seems to be the thing right now.

These 20's are chrome but, however, are ghetto looking, but they served a purpose and can go live somewhere else now...


How long til color matched rims come back in style...Maybe I should do the white on white...

I've just never liked uber-shiny things. Preference.

My wife's Beetle has color matched rims... they don't look bad at all.

So where are you rubbing? 10" wide, what backspacing do the rims happen to be?

Can't wait to see a quick flex test on the rear based on your control arms and what not. One of these days we're going to need better bump stops on the axle, too. Should be pretty simple to build up the 'bucket' or resting point on the axle itself.
