Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

New to off-roading

New members: please introduce yourself here.

Hello all,

I'm new to the off-roading thing. I have owned a few 4x4 trucks and SUVs but have never done anything off the road.

I sold my 07 Ram (piece of crap) an I bought a 2002 Trailblazer ( my wife wanted it) and I love it. I saw JD (Trail X)'s ride in another site and now I want to do something similar to mine.

I build a lowered V8 s10 before so I'm no stranger to working on cars. I have not lifted anything though so this is a whole new thing that I'm lookin forward to.

I am a looker more than a poster so I will search until I can not find what I'm looking for. However, it sounds like this group will be very helpful when I get stuck.

Thanks

Zach

I do not have it anymore. I tore it down it do more work to it and never finished it. I sold it all in part to buy woodworking tools. Woodworking is fun and relaxing but I need to get my hands dirty again.

Welcome. I see you are not too far away. Nice thing is you are close enough to pick-up a bumper kit and skid plates from MDB without needing to ship. Probably the best mods to start with.

Sweet! I love the look of the custom steel bumpers and I was thinking about getting one once I get a lift on the TB

Yea, he's got a great looking TB, but what are you talking about? He's just a poser and I think has a fetish with it. :finger:

I've been known to make trips to the Badlands in Attica. They have areas for trucks of just about all types. It looks like that's pretty close to you.

Yeah I'm only about 30 min or so from Attica. However, I've never been to the Badlands.

That's Awesome! I have family in Lebanon so I'm there about every other weekend so when I get to that point I will hit you up.

That would be cool. I would love to tag along to see what it's all about.
