I have had my 03 TrailBlazer for little over a year. Love it. Live in Roseburg, OR. Looking to lift my TB and really wanting to fit 35s on it. Not new to 4wds, have had alot over the years. Just need ideas on how to go about it with the IFS.
thanks
Rick

Welcome aboard. While 35's are a pretty lofty goal for our platform others have certainly done it.
You'll likely need to regear, a suspension lift and a body lift and a good amount of trimming.
Fishsticks up "near" you in Wa was running 35's at one time.

start by reading this thread and look through the included links

Hiya! I've driven through many times and flown into Roseburg a few times. There's a member here who's a fellow Oregonian who works at an offroad shop in Grants Pass just south of you.

Welcome to the group, man! I love the look of your old truck - what happened to it?

Regardless, your Trailblazer is nice - she's gonna look cute lifted.

Always great to see another Oregonian, welcome!
The problem with the Trailblazer is, people think you know what you're doing.

I've wheeled 35s hard on a 2" suspension lift and 88 front springs. 3" body lift is required. I'm now running 89 springs and a 3/4" top shim only. Same 35s, no rub.

The trick in the rear is longer control arms to move the tires back. You can't trim the rear doors. Z71 Tahoe springs and a spacer in the rear work.

I have been hashing out a few ideas on a SAS in the offroad discussion area. Thinking a D60 front and 14 bolt or D70 rear on leafs front and rear. Just ideas at the moment.
