Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

What differential is this? So confused.....

G80, GU6, GT4, GT5, WTF? This section is for gearing and driveline stuff.

still waiting for offroad97x.com to surface... talk about a minority!

Also to ErikSS, I'd be hard pressed to believe that EVERY Envoy Denali has both an 8.6 and V8.

Edit: Just read that all Envoy's have the V8... not sure how to find out about the rear axle, but I would HOPE GM was wise enough to match a V8 with the stronger axle.

Not all Envoys... but the Envoy Denali. As far as I know all long wheel base and al V8 360's came with the 8.6

Yes, all of the 5.3L V8 SWB and all of the LWB with any engine get the 8.6 rear axle.

Sounds good, a sub forum would be great, especially for97x specific parts and part #s.

Parts are the same, save the Tcase, which is the same as the Bravada and the Buick.
