Im in stock form in these pics these are taken on my property, so after any changes I will do this again and see what happens.

Funny you posted this tonight. I attended a 4x4 cruise in today, and got my first attempt at being a ramp queen. :mrgreen:

Unfortunately the guy who took the pics for me didn't realize he could turn my phone sideways to take a landscape pic.

Left front tire got about 22" off the ground before the left rear started to lift. My 88 springs were definitely working against me here.


I didn't win any awards for for my performance, but I was the ONLY IFS vehicle to even try. I did better than a few solid axle vehicles.

No swaybars, front or rear, on mine. Airbags ~20psi.

Hey Greg I'm curious about something. Have you developed a small dent in your driver side rear shock body from the panhard rod mount? I wonder if the BDS shocks would mind being mounted upside down. Also wondering if some of us are close to being ready for an even longer shock that the BDS Trailvoy shock.

I'll check tomorrow when its light out. The brake cables are next on my list, but you're right that shocks are up next.

I think Alek runs his inverted, usually comes down to manufacturer design. I vaguely remember BDS wanting the bodies on the bottom.

Nice timing indeed :happy whip: 22" is the number to beat, keeping in mind the rear tires have to be on the ground still ( James, you're cheating :raspberry: )

You know... Mine are! these are the newer/wide bodies. Oh, and these are printed, this side down :) Might be different on the nicer gas ones (as in it might not matter):

Mine look exactly the same, are also the wide body, and also say this side down. :mrgreen:
