My son Nick and I are up on meadow knob. Had a surprise coming of Interstate into harrisonburg my left front brakes decided pads to go and grind up the rotor. So had to stop at Advanced auto and buy pads and rotors. 4,400 ft brake job lol.

I'm waiting for jason to show up to our meeting spot. We "should" be a little "early" if these guys don't stop 7 times along the way.

We made it home safe. Wife is doing okay, but has been put on FMLA and forced bed rest. Observation continuing for another day as well to make sure nothing processes further.

Was great to meet everyone for the whole 30 minutes. Maybe we can make it work next year.

Caleb, glad everything worked out. Jason, hope the wife feels better. Anthony, let us know how the drive home went and if you see any continued issues. Mike, hope you made it home ok with the alignment and didn't destroy your tires too much.

Whenever anyone has any pictures to post, start a new compleded thread. Let's be sure not to post too much in the way of trip details here.

Thanks for a great trip guys. I'm looking forward to giving my best shot to editing up a good video.

Thinking we need to do a potts trip this fall maybe.

Yes I made it fine, but burned over a half tank on the way home (waaaay too much)I'm dumping fuel from somewhere, no idea where at, I drove a bit around at home, incline parked, decline parked, I smell fuel the entire time up front, below, and behind engine Idling or not and cannot find the source, I've traced the lines, and the tank. I'm going to run it empty and drop it to see if it's something up top. Any suggestions???!?!!&0&?9?0&!))"

I made it home safe. I hope everyone else did too. Great weekend guys. Thanks a lot. Great meeting the new guys and great seeing old friends again. Not looking forward to work after 3 days up on the mountain.

Glad y'all made it home bro, gas tanks, alignments and all the gnarly dudes jumping 4' in the air... Anything else fun happen? I really wanted to see the rest of the trail, but it happens.
