Dates are set Oct 14th - 16th

Taking the morning ferry over on the 14th and hopefully early afternoon ferry back on the 16th.

Pushed this a month farther than usual hoping for better fishing. Always seems like everyone is catching more in oct.

My buddy Robbie is also added to the list as he gets over temporary insanity (He traded in his 4-door Jeep for a Challenger and has a wife and kid). Not a family car. But just traded it in on a Silverado extended cab, a little more family friendly and a lot more offroad friendly. Still had to eat $5k on the Challenger.

Not cancelling but changing totally, They couldn't get ferry or cabin reservations for the days needed. And this group is mostly a bit sissy and won't rough it with the tents, which is my new plan.

NEW PLAN

last week of Oct.

maybe the whole week or just the last weekend but looking for people to go. prefer 3 or 4 days at least.

guys in the original trip won't camp(little girls they are)

this will be camping/fishing trip. there are bath houses.

Ice and gas only thing on island for sale so we will plan accordingly.

Wheeling on the island is fun but no hills or rocks to climb.
:camping:

Due to Irene I am not going on this trip cause there is no way of knowing when or if the islands will be reopened this year. May plan something for the mountains.
