It was only MAYBE 1.5" thick, from what I saw... That usually won't even hold a person doing any kind of activity... At last years's early January Badlands run, I had to pull the Jeep in front of me, twice, because he broke through 5-6" ice...
You know what that would have done to your radiator if you hadn't had a rad skid on there?! Kyle went through already-broken-up ice that thick or less (going much slower) before the rad skid, and it bent his condensor!
