Rear Control Arms!

Truck is back together .

The Skyjacker springs added 2.5" more lift than my Japanese 2" taller than OEM springs .
The center of my rear wheelwell went from 41.5" to 44" . Was a little worried I couldn't fit out the garage door ,....fits by 2" .

The upper control arms were a trial by error install , switch em around till they seem to fit right . Had to yank on the axle with some ratchet straps to pull the rear into place . Didn't have a 21mm wrench, socket so I got by with two 13/16th wrenches . Tire is now centered in the wheelwell .

Lots of climbing around on the ground and sore back,arms,legs and knees but its all back together !

How does the driveshaft engagement look? Wondering if upping the rear suspension so much with the addition of the longer controls arms would push the limits of the driveshaft, especially with flex...

wanted to see if there is any updates on the longer control arm install, brake line relocation axle issues and overall performance. thanx

installed rear control arms. these are really well made and went on perfect! i did however replace the straight zerks with elbows. makes it easier to grease. the wheel is nice and centered now. relocated the e brake line straps to the edge. an inch or so from where they were. and added an inch long bracket for the brake lines.
looking good so far.

wanted to update on these longer rear control arms. this is what were working with.
took a pic of axle/tc case to show the 1 inch gap the axle now sits. thoughts? or comments?

Is that a picture of the slip/fixed yoke on the tcase?

I would probably say that it might be time for some longer driveshafts for you guys.

does anyone know if these are still available for purchase i noticed this thread has been dead for a while now and i have emailed and pm'd him whith no reply? i am planning on running some 35x12.50x17 and would love to get a set so i can avoid rubbing the front of my rear wheel well thanks for any info guys.
