Offroad Trailblazers and Envoys

Who wants a WAAG?

Trailblazer and Envoy related, but not off-road related...

Says 02-06 in the link, even though 02-09 are the same other that the 06+LT.
So yes, it would work on a 05 ext

From the pictures there, it looks exactly like one I bought a few months back. Mine was branded as "Hunter", and it's the stainless steel version (and the full 3 piece with headlight guards), which always adds a bunch to the price compared to the steel painted/powdercoated ones. Got it for about $250 + $50 shipping. Is there something special about these Waag ones that I'm unaware of?
And, to answer Brandon's question... mine retains the tow hooks. It mounts from strictly under the air dam via 2 brackets up to the frame.

These brush guards mount through the same hole as your stock tow hooks, but at the same time allowing you to retain them and preserve the approach angle; functional. Your brush guard is more or less for looks because it goes under the airdam and absolutely kills the approach angle which is crucial for off roading which this site is dedicated to. :poke:

That just means yours is that much more of a damage multiplier.

I can say with confidence I would have destroyed the mounts, and probably bent it back into the headlights and body destroying them. Even at TECORE I've been at an angle to smack my front bumper and bring the truck to a total and complete halt. No way I would bolt that thing on to any vehicle I owned unless it was a mall crawler.

No thanks.

Well, as soon as I saw how mine was made and how it attaches, I planned on doing some fab & welding to strengthen it up significantly, which I will be doing soon. I'm well aware of it's weakness. :)
