Yes, he has the AWD sleeve (it's a Buick, which is AWD). Donny should know the sleeve number.

Mr. Bacon's housing is broken if I saw correctly. He will need the full ATP AWD part, not just the sleeve.


Then he can just zip tie the actuator up out of the way.

also, wont that cause error codes if the acutator isnt connected?

Order the Rainier one. Leave the actuator connected to the harness but ziptie it up and out of the way.

I had a G80 with worn out clutches. I rebuilt the G80 clutch packs only to have the G80 explode on a rock a couple months later.

Wow, that's more destruction that I expected. Looks like the initial failure was the syncro/sun gear, which I'm guessing then got caught in the inner gear's teeth and wedged between the gear and aluminum housing, which then blew the housing apart.

I'm guessing Bill is right that it's mainly due to excessive wheel spin and the deceleration that the drivetrain goes through when the wheel touches down on terrain.

Ouch.
