How tall is everyone's Trailblazer?

I wanted to ask this question because I keep looking at pictures and they seem so much taller then mine. I went and measured the height of mine. My TB is exactly 6ft 7" to the top of my light bar. It seems tall to me, but a few others seem way taller. Thanks

it is because you have Mark's 2 inch body lift instead of the 3 inch model(per your sig)

Lol, I know what I have and what others have. But 1" can't make that BIG of a difference can it? How tall is your TB?

I was kidding, your build shows 3" BL but your sig shows 2". I'm not sure of my height, I only have a 2.5 inch suspension lift and 30" tires. I'm still in the pee wee league! You may not want to go much higher or you'll have problems with standard garage doors.

Haha, I know you were kidding. I actually noticed that my sig is different from my BT. I will change that. And just to confirm, I have the 2"body lift and 2.5"suspension lift. Ya I've got to be careful with the garage door heights. I can't fit under most underground parking lots anymore.

I know mine is well over 7 ft with the rack and tire on top. I'd have to measure to the roofline to get an exact number now.

I avoid parking garages.

I thought about it, but ultimately decided against it. It IS currently 2WD though, since I haven't bought a new disconnect housing yet.

I have a buddy with a built toy axle down here for sale, he is going to 1 tons...


Mine is 84" tall last I checked, thats top of the rails, no cross bars.

I just put the 3rd back into mine tonight. Putting the knuckles back on tomorrow and leaving Thursday for 5 days. New 5.29s, Spartan locker, Longfields, all new bearings, etc etc.

Back on topic: I'll measure my junk tomorrow morning.

RimoniManu had one that sold, Ben also had one that needed rebuilding. I think he was going to possibly send it to JD.

I think with no crossbars up top i am right at 7 feet. Another 8 inches for bars and basket prolly. Another 4 to 5 if a tire is up there. Be over 8 feet but with new bumper and tire on rear it is under 8 but parking garages are a no go zone as fish said.
