Fan Clutch replacement...

My TB recently started what I now know to be the "typical jet noise" fan problem. After a bunch of articles on the OS and GMT, I think I know my plan. Although following the recommendations over the years is sometimes contradictory, I'm thinking the Hayden 2851 is 'the best' solution. Is that the concensus?
