Well i just got back from doing some training out in CA. start driving my TB again and i start hearing this bearing roar type noise coming from the engine compartment. after searching awhile i found out my air conditioning compressor is bad and to replace it the parts store tells me i need the accumilator also :wallbash: . total cost around 250 so until i can :mechanic: i will be riding my harley everywhere. oh well such is the life of owning a vehicle.

Are you sure it isn't the idler pulley? I just replaced mine. Maybe a 15 minute install.

:Iagree: A good thing to check, just replaced mine too. Make sure it isn't just the Compressor clutch too..(if its replace-able on this rig)..

just replaced A/C compressor. pulley was siezed. checked the idler also it is in good shape right now (knock on wood). you have to pull the altenator and idler pully to get the compressor out that sucked but its all done. back on the road and running fine now. :drive:
