with my son's jeep, he slid in a ditch during a snow storm and the passenger side was stuck in the ditch overnight. The water was in the floorboard on the passenger side.
It was a couple days later his brake caliper froze up and then a few more days his wheel bearing went out.
I'm sure sitting in that freezing water over night expedited some issues.
