Well first guess would be warped roter but that should have produced a shake even before the spacers. Second guess would be to double check the rim is fully seated onto the spacers I recently put a set of marks spacers on my rig and it certainly took some effort to get the rims seated fully, even after torquing them down properly I still had to go back and redue because the torque was not enough to fully seat the rim to spacer. When was the last alignment? Maybe putting on the spacers has made a previous problem more pronounced altho Im not 100% sure that would really be the case maybe someone with more experiance will chime in on that.
