broken shift cable fix

Something not working right?

Has anyone used this? I am going to try this out so I don't have to buy a full cable just to replace the end grommit that hold the cable to the trans.

The closest Autozone is 2.5 hours away I called and they aren't sure which bushing will fit so I went ahead and ordered the repair kit I linked, looks like it will work great. Thanks for the help
