I looked at some of the other posts that talk about the differences between the 8.6 and 8.0. Out side of some minor diff cover differences is there anything else? Part number to look for?
Out side of counting the input revolution to wheel revolution, is there another way to know for sure I'm getting a 3.42 ratio? the axle is already out of the vehicle so I want to make sure I get the correct diff.
by the way, one day they quoted me 250 then 350 another time. they have more than one, if anyone is interested I can give the contact info.
