So i have a 2008 Trailblazer LS 4.2 V6 4wd and i want to lift it desperately.... My question is where do i start>> i love to go off-road but I've never done a lift on a vehicle before and i want this to be my first...what should i buy and where do i go to buy my lift... i would appreciate all the help i can get... thanks Guys

Who did your motor swap?

Some times I've had to refer to mine as a v6 to guys at advance auto parts, apparently they like to hire incompetent people... They looked confused when I call it by its true name

I say "Atlas LL8" and watch smoke come from their ears... All they hear is "8" and think it's an 8 cylinder.

I'm going to have to try that sometime and see what happens, the guys around here are pretty knowledgeable, I haven't found one that wasn't able to answer the questions I asked.
