With as close as mine that size were, he needs spacers.

So you're obviously going with a body lift too?

I really wanted to run 15's but that is a lot of tire out there without some decent flares. Tires would be cheaper and more sidewall to flex. I cant wait to see it.

Sticking out that far, we might need to find a set of jeep flares and trim them to fit. Otherwise I am not driving behind you on the trails :flex dirty:

Can you fit 4" stick-out, 33" tires without rubbing? You're going to have to hack off a ton of quarter panel in order to make any turns.

Didn't I see somewhere that you were talking about fabricating fender flairs?

He will need serious 1/4 cutting with a 3 inch body lift with them outboarded that far. But it is only body metal and adds weights so it is really unneeded.

I may have gotten a line on some free tj fender flares to play with when I picked up cherokee brush guard to screw around with last night.

Body lift will definitely help keep the sliders from hanging you up if you had them below the body at stock height. I was actually wondering about getting jd or anyone with sliders to measure their clearance from the bottom of sliders to the ground for a comparison to mine.

Its not that serious James. My front fenders will have clearance, so if anything ill hafta trim the inner a very little bit more, so what? Turning will be fine, just cant lock it out, which i dont do anyway. I have no front bumper and my inner fender is cut up so no issues there.

Yes, but 4"? Very specific to his combo and probably cheaper to make ones form another make/model work.

The front bumper being off helps, but I did not nearly need to cut that as much as I did the rear of the front fenders. that took a couple inched off to clear when wheeling. they may clear on the level, but stuff the suspension a bit and the fender is right there. The next issue you will see is the added width will have you hitting metal way up inside on the firewall when fully turned and stuffed. But you may live with it. I hate tires rubbing or could run 35's easy if I let them rub when wheeling. Tires that rub...do not fit. I really feel you need to get smaller tires or do more modifications if you want that tire size.

You will have quite a bit of trimming and need a 3 inch body lift to truly wheel with 33's hanging out that far.

If you run without front and rear bumper covers like some other members on here, you cn just buy a dozen 3 inch blocks, a dozen extended 10.9 bolts, and I am fairly sure mark will sell you just the steering ext. Then you are good to go. The blocks are 3 or 4 a piece and the bolts will run you about $60. I know you can get the right lengths and strength from John Deere.

Just recieved confirmation that my order has been processed. Seems long, i know, but the company only powerder coats once per week so if you dont get you order in by that time then you get pushed back. All of Black Rock Wheels's orders are custom fabbed built to order. Spoke with them directly and they said that they could have done the same wheel in a 6x5 pattern, of course this was after i they had fabbed up my order. Whats also cool about them is that i wasnt charged untill today. I was put into a 'pending' status prior and then asked to confirm before being charged. Start to finish Black Rock takes 3-4weeks to get to your door, but your get top notch quality from people who know what theyre doing. To me, thats what is more important. Not to mention their warranty

Cant wait to get these puppies mounted. This means i hafta order my spacers asap

Very cool... If they're all custom fabbed, I wonder if they can customize backspacing and the-like. If it's all machined out of a solid peice of aluminum, I'm sure they could with a simple 3D tweak. Good to know for the future!
